Lake - Bull Shoals 11/12/04 :
Dam area to Lead Hill: The best pattern right now in the dam
area is an Eakins' Jig in PBJ with a green pumpkin craw fished on channel
swing banks and boat docks in major creek arms, if there is brush under the
docks or on the channel swings fish these areas slowly and carefully. When
the wind is blowing fish a phantom green wiggle wart on wind blown chunk rock
banks and points, parallel the banks in about 3'- 8' of water and fan cast
points until you pin point the location of the fish.
Lead Hill to Power site: The backs of the creeks are still the
place to be, shad are thick and you will catch fish on a Jewel Lavender shad
spinner bait or a Bandit 100 series crankbait fish on the edges of the schools
of shad. wind blowing in these pockets and creeks makes the bite even better.
If the surface is calm switch to a Jewel Rampage buzz bait or a 85 Lucky Craft
sammy and work around the schools shad.
