Arkansas Lakes Fishing Report

Lake - Bull Shoals 04/05/05:

Dam area to Lead Hill: Still allot of fish coming on pea gravel main lake and secondary points with both green pumpkin tubes and Jewel 5/16 oz. spider jigs in PB&J with a green pumpkin Yamamoto twin tail. Hold the boat out about two casts from the bank, cast toward the banks and drag the bait back to the boat. Pay close attention to any rocks your bait encounters the fish seem to be holding tight to this cover.

Lead Hill to Power site: Still allot of fish being caught on wiggle warts and bandit 200 crankbaits in crawdad patterns. Look for windy chunk rock transition banks and points to hold most of the fish. In addition an Eakins' jig fished on main lake and major creek channel swings will produce fish when the wind is not blowing.
