Missouri Lakes Fishing Report

Lake - Pomme De Terre 03/05/05:

Pomme has been good this week with most of the fish being caught on Lucky Craft Pointers in Nishiki or American Shad fish around chunk rock points and transition banks with wind on them. You can also catch fish on a wiggle wart in these same areas, the best color has been firetiger, wind is the key to catching fish with a wart right now. Talked with a guy that caught a few on a spinnerbait up the river this past week, he said the bite was better in the afternoon and he caught a mixed bag of blacks and whites on channel swings.

Crappie are being caught in 15' - 25' on bluff ends and channel banks with 2" grubs, swimmin' minnows and live minnows.
