Missouri Lakes Fishing Report
Lake - Pomme De Terre 06/07/05:
The water temperature has really moved up over the past couple
of weeks and it looks like the fish are moving into there summer patterns.
Still catching a few early and late on top waters off of deep points, sammys
and g-splashes are both good choices. Carolina rigged lizards and baby brush
hogs are catching fish on pea gravel points and flats near deep water, green
pumpkin and watermelon candy have both been very good colors. Up the river
most of the summer patterns are starting to produce as well, Eakins flippin
jigs around log jams and stumps, buzz baits early and late on the stump fields
and channel swings are both productive patterns.
Crappie can be caught on 2" grubs, squirts and live minnows
15' - 25' deep in standing timber.
