Best fly patterns for the week: Larger patterns of scuds, midges and San Juan worms 12’s and 14’s have been working; tan, olive and rust have been productive.

Best spinning tackle: When the water is running throw the usual little Cleos and buoyant spoons, Rapalas should start producing very soon.
