The fishing has picked up this week with the warmer weather.

The bass are roaming the banks and are hitting jerkbaits,crankbaits and jigs as well as swimming a grub.

The stripers are still shallow early in the morning(daybreak)and at dusk on flats and afew points.Stickbaits are doing the best but don't forget to try swimbaits.

The walleye are also being caught on the flats.

This week should be a hot week with the full moon.Some nice whites and hybrids have been taken this week.

Crappies are still in thr brush on minnows according to Harvey Hall (Hard Times).

Still waiting for the water temp to raise.The lake level is at 544.19 as of 4-9-06.The water temp is 57.Till next week GOOD FISHING
