Missouri Lakes Fishing Report

Lake - Pomme De Terre 01/07/06:

Deep brush piles on main lake and secondary points have resulted in a few fish over the past week. Most of the fish are being caught on an Eakins’ jig in brown / chartreuse with a green pumpkin jig trailer. When you have a little wind a Lucky craft pointer, rogue or X-Rap will produce; bass, whites, big crappie and possible a musky or two when fished on main lake points.

Crappie are becoming more difficult to catch but are still being caught on live minnow over brush that is 15’ – 30’ deep.
