Lake - Tanneycomo 10/16/06:

Best fly patterns for the week: The night fishing is starting to heat up below the dam with a few big browns being caught almost every evening; big wooly buggers and leaches have been the most effective. During the daytime scuds and midges have been effective and a few bigger fish are rising to hoppers in the afternoon.

Best spinning tackle: When ever the water is running the bite is on! Rapalas, Rooster tails, and super dupers are all catching fish. If the water is off switch over to pink or yellow powerbaitor live night crawlers on drift rigs.
