Crappie fishing has slowed down. The fish that are being caught are around
the mouth of the creeks along the channel.Look for trees in 15 ft of water
or more and fish down 10 ft.The trees with lots of brush are holding the
most fish. The bait of choice is the blk/char tubes in the 1/16th oz head.
Bass are being caught on jerkbaits in the creeks.Look for the flat side
of the creek with lay downs and stumps and start fishing. With the weather
warming
up the fish should get on spinner bait. You can catch several fish if you
work at it.
Catfish are being caught on cut bait in the mouths of the creeks. Most fish
are being caught in 12 ft of water fishing 6 ft down.Several bluecats being
caught.
