SUTTON BERRY NAMED PRESIDENT OF DON BERRY PRO FISHING LLC By Don Berry Don Berry Pro Fishing LLC appointed Sutton Berry, President, of Don Berry Pro Fishing LLC. The youngest son of Don Berry, Sutton will be in charge of internet relations and other operations of the three year old company. Sutton is the 2004 Amateur Division Champion of Central Pro Am Association and assumed official duties on January 1, 2005. He is employed by ReGen Technologies in Springfield, MO. and will continue his duties as a sales representative there while serving as Presidident of Don Berry Pro Fishing LLC. |

LAWSUIT TESTS THE A lawsuit filed in the Louisiana court system appears to be challenging the waivers that observers sign when riding in BASS competitor boats. The action filed by Reginal Simon and his wife has named BASS, Skeeter Boats, Yamaha, Brunswick, and other sponsors of BASS as defendents in a case where alleged damages were sustained in a boat driven by Edwin Evers of Oklahoma. |
