2013 OMTT Incentives

CONTINGENCY:
Solar Bat Enterprises, Inc will pay the next tournament entry fee for the team that finishes in 19^th place in a regularly scheduled OMTT tournament. In the case of a team tournament event, Solar Bat Enterprises, Inc. will pay 100% of the next tournament entry fee if both fishermen qualify for the contingency or 50% if only one fisherman on the team qualify.

ELIGIBILITY:

Solar Bat will issue the tournament trail a promotional code and fishermen can use that code to purchase Solar Bat PNVXD or PNVX sunglasses at a 20% discount off MSRP. That discount will apply to Solar Bat PNVXD or PNVX sunglasses purchased on the Solar Bat website www.solarbat.com, by mailing in a Tournament Trail Promotional Order Form, or by presenting the promotional code to an Authorized Tournament Dealer. Only fishermen using the tournament promotional code for the purchase of PNVXD or PNVX sunglasses will be eligible for the contingency.

Year End:

Solar Bat Enterprises, Inc. will pay the fisherman deemed by the tournament trail as the highest ranking contingency eligible fisherman for the year 10% of the total sales generated by the tournament trail’s promotional code.
